Journey through the South

I'm back in Santiago with Jose, my cats, and my students. My trip to the good ole' US of A was great...short but great. I spent a lot of the time just driving to go visit people. North Carolina was just as I had left it over a year ago...with just a few more malls and amazing new products like "vanilla mint" and "cinnamon" toothpaste, fruit flavored water, Splenda, iPods, and LiveStrong bracelets. I'm a sucker for Target. (Only Ashley understands me on this one.) I can literally spend 3 hours in there.

We even celebrated Duke's loss...followed by UNC's win (still haven't decided which was better).



It's nice to know that whichever direction I'm headed over the Atlantic that there is someone who loves me waiting...
